We have found though that the Under-Bite tech which is a little indention at each binding can feel a little more catchy when you get off your game spinning or playing around than mid-bite (indentions towards the waist) but it’s still light years more forgiving to skid your turns than older camber. Even a beginner with a fat wallet could swing this and he might never get bored of it. On Snow Feel/Ability Level/Skidded Turns: The hybrid camber profile (camrock) provides a really stable forgiving ride that works for most riders at almost any ability level. It is pretty easy to butter in the tip/tail but still has a good bit of pop and return out of it. Since YES moved to SWS a few years back now, the flex is softer and it’s not like it was when they were at GST. The 155 was more fun to turn but the 158 would probably feel more damp/fun at higher speeds.įlex/Buttering: There is a pretty medium flex here with the Yes Globe Not So Basic and the model we rode is far from being a 9 out of 10 like Yes says.
